BrainJar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
BrainJar currently uses the Google Calendar API for a single purpose: to synchronize a user's calendar events after that user has explicitly granted permission. We do not request or access any other categories of Google user data. Google account access is always initiated by the user through Google's standard OAuth consent screen, and the app never accesses Google data without that explicit authorization.
• Google data is accessed only after explicit user authorization through Google's OAuth consent flow.
• Google Calendar data is used solely to provide user-requested calendar synchronization features.
• Google user data is never sold.
• Google user data is never used for advertising.
• Google user data is never used to build, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• Google user data is never shared with third parties except when required to provide the requested functionality, comply with applicable law, or protect against fraud and abuse.
BrainJar retains Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested calendar synchronization functionality. Users may revoke BrainJar's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account permissions. When access is revoked or no longer needed to provide the requested feature, the associated Google user data is removed from active systems.
